So for the past few days me and Derek, this guy I really like (and I think likes me) have been talking via Facebook (mostly through the chat). One of his comments was to my status comment though, and this morning when I woe up I discovered that overnight someone else had put up a comment in direct reference to Derek’s comment, it was one of my ex-boyfriend’s friends (some of whom I am still friends with kindof).
It just seems really weird because they have no idea who the other one is. I mean if they were to meet in real life it would be kind of awkward”Hey, Derek this is Josh. I know him mostly because he used to go out with one of my friends and I used to go out with one of his friends.
.
.
But that is not the end to Facebook woes. My three aunts have Facebook accounts. This seems great as I can see pictures of my younger cousins and hear about there latest antics etc.
But the other day this guy was complaining that he wasn’t happy because he had no girlfriend and how he was a “Nice Guy” blahdida. So I put up a comment “How can anyone be happy in a relationship if they are not happy by themseves” (or something to that effect).
The result was a comment from my aunt telling me to not worry about relationships until I finish studying. Ok, Aunt Meryl, me and Derek will be ‘just friends’ for the next year.
So, with all this, I have decided to NEVER mention my lovelife on facebook, or to put any photos up of me and future boyfriends until we want EveRYONE to know we are together (which where I live means that we are engaged). There are just to many potentials for awkwardnes otherwise.

I have set Jehovah before me continually;
Because he is at my right hand, I shall not be shaken.
Therefore my heart rejoices and my glory exults;
Even my flesh dwells securely.
For You will not abandon mu soul to Sheol,
Nor let Your Holy One see the pit.
You will make known to me the path of life;
In Your presence is fullness of joy;
At Your right hand there are pleasures forever.
Preserve me, O God, for I take refuge in You. I say to Jehovah, You are my Lord; No good have I beyond You; As for the saints who are on the earth, they are excellent; All my delight is in them.
Okay so there is this bus stop in the town near where I live where for some time they have had trouble with teens ‘loitering’ and causing trouble to people waiting for a bus. But now they are being scared away with…music. Speakers have been installed which are playing Beethoven, Tchaicovsky and Vivaldi, and since thier installation ‘youth congragation’ numbers have decreased. Personaly i wish they would do the same thing at my bus stop. Not that we have problems with congregating youth (except when they want to catch a bus), just that I love the three musicians choosen.
But I trust Your lovingkindness; My heart will exult in Your salvation; I will sing to Jehovah, For he has dealt bountifully with me.

I do.
But it’s a proven fact that even though NZ is ahead of everyone else, we are behind socially.
How are we ahead?
Or do you mean time wise?
